Exchange
You can exchange a purchased service for another service from the same store, as long as you request the exchange before work begins on the original service
Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if work has not yet started on your service
Once work has started on the digital service, you are not eligible for a refund. Work is considered started once all client requirements are received, and service preparation begins
